Meet our board of directors

Isei Tudreu

Director

Isei Tudreu serves as the Chairman of Fiji Airports and holds a Master of Business Administration degree. With 42 years of experience in the aviation industry, Mr. Tudreu has held senior positions within Air Navigation Services and spent 14 years with the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji in both executive and leadership capacities. His extensive international affiliations have contributed significantly to his expertise in aviation. Prior to his retirement in 2023, he served as acting Chief Executive Officer of Fiji Airports.

Naushad Ali

Director

Naushad Ali is a Chartered Accountant (Fiji & Australia) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Accounting and Financial Management & Economics from the University of the South Pacific, followed by a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Ali has held a range of senior positions across key financial markets and industries, and actively serves on various boards, where he drives strategic investment decisions and upholds best-practice governance standards. He is the current Deputy Chairman of Fiji Airports.

Mark Halabe

Director

Mark Halabe has built an extensive career in business leadership, holding senior positions in a range of prominent organisations and serving on various boards. Since 1988, he has led Mark One Apparel (Fiji) Pty Limited as Executive Chairman, driving strategic direction and operational expansion. He later became Managing Director, where he oversees investment decisions and corporate governance, further shaping the company’s growth.

Mr. Halabe holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Leicester, UK, and completed foundational leadership and discipline training at the Royal Military College Duntroon in Canberra, Australia. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which enhances his expertise in corporate governance and directorship, supporting his influential role across industry sectors.

 

Jona Sevura

Director

Jona Sevura graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics/Management and Public Administration at the University of the South Pacific. He completed a postgraduate diploma in Aviation from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, before earning his MBA at the University of Sydney, Australia. Mr. Sevura built his career as a civil servant under the Ministry of Tourism, Transport and Civil Aviation, later transitioning to the private sector. He is currently an entrepreneur and consultant, assisting iTaukei resource owners in business development and strategic planning.

 

Bhavick Kapadia

Director

Bhavick Kapadia is currently the Director of JV Kapadia & Co, a position he has held for the past six years. He holds a Bachelor in Business Accounting from Central Queensland University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. Mr. Kapadia brings a strong commercial background, having gained significant experience in financial and accounting roles across both regional and local business communities. He is actively involved in providing audit and business advisory services to private sector clients, contributing to the development and growth of businesses in the area.

 

Arvind Singh

Director

Arvin Singh is a project developer with extensive expertise in land development and the real estate sector. His background in the aviation and airline industry equips him with valuable insights, enabling him to contribute effectively to airport development projects. Mr. Singh’s diverse experience ensures a holistic approach to planning and implementing major infrastructure initiatives in the region.

 

Emele Duituturaga

Director

Emele Duituturaga graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Massey University, Wellington, NZ, before completing her Masters in Business Administration at the Asia Pacific International Institute, Auckland, NZ. She has held various executive, leadership and directorship roles in government, regional, and international institutes. Mrs Duituturaga is a social policy consultant by profession and contributes immensely to policy development within the organisation, drawing on her extensive experience in the sector.
