Isei Tudreu

Chairman

Isei Tudreu serves as the Chairman of Fiji Airports and holds a Master of Business Administration degree. With 42 years of experience in the aviation industry, Mr. Tudreu has held senior positions within Air Navigation Services and spent 14 years with the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji in both executive and leadership capacities. His extensive international affiliations have contributed significantly to his expertise in aviation. Prior to his retirement in 2023, he served as acting Chief Executive Officer of Fiji Airports.

Jona Sevura

Deputy Chairman

Jona Sevura graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics/Management and Public Administration at the University of the South Pacific. He completed a postgraduate diploma in Aviation from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, before earning his MBA at the University of Sydney, Australia. Mr. Sevura built his career as a civil servant under the Ministry of Tourism, Transport and Civil Aviation, later transitioning to the private sector. He is currently an entrepreneur and consultant, assisting iTaukei resource owners in business development and strategic planning.

Arvind Singh

Director

Arvin Singh is a project developer with extensive expertise in land development and the real estate sector. His background in the aviation and airline industry equips him with valuable insights, enabling him to contribute effectively to airport development projects. Mr. Singh’s diverse experience ensures a holistic approach to planning and implementing major infrastructure initiatives in the region.

Emele Duituturaga

Director

Emele Duituturaga graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Massey University, Wellington, NZ, before completing her Masters in Business Administration at the Asia Pacific International Institute, Auckland, NZ. She has held various executive, leadership and directorship roles in government, regional, and international institutes. Mrs Duituturaga is a social policy consultant by profession and contributes immensely to policy development within the organisation, drawing on her extensive experience in the sector.

Dr Paresh Pant

Director

Dr Paresh Pant is the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Fiji and brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience across Fiji, Australia and New Zealand. He holds a PhD in Tourism Strategy and Aviation Management from Griffith University, a Master of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Otago, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Dr Pant has held senior roles at Tourism Fiji, including Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand, where he led market growth, crisis recovery strategies, and destination branding initiatives. He has also served as a lecturer and researcher in tourism, hospitality, marketing and aviation. His expertise in planning, financial management, cross-cultural negotiation and sustainable tourism supports Fiji Airports’ governance and development.

Adi Tema Varo

Director

Adi Tema Varo is a respected traditional leader who holds the chiefly title of Marama Taukei Ua. She brings strong experience in community leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement and people-centred development. Adi Tema has demonstrated sound judgement, diplomacy and consensus-building through leadership roles across traditional, community and development forums. She chairs the Yavusa Ua Development Trust and has led village development initiatives, including a five-year development plan focused on sustainability, education and community welfare. She also serves as Trustee of Ratu Nalukuya Primary School, Advisor to the Soqosoqo Vakamarama Ua and Saunaka (Ua) Youth, Chairperson of the Bose Vanua and Bose Vakoro, and Member of the Tikina o Nadi Council and Yasana Ba Council

Hemendra Nagin

Hemendra Nagin is a highly experienced legal practitioner, Barrister and Solicitor, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He holds an LL.B. degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, Fiji and Victoria, Australia. With more than four decades of legal and governance experience, Mr Nagin is the Managing Partner of Sherani & Co. His legal practice includes commercial and civil litigation, banking and finance, administrative law, judicial review, employment law, arbitration, transport, sugar industry matters and intellectual property. Mr Nagin has also served on the boards of the Housing Authority, the Reserve Bank of Fiji, and the Fijian Broadcasting Corporation.
