Upon arrival at Nadi International Airport, guests are warmly welcomed by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) at the Gate holding a personalised name board for easy identification.
The guest is escorted through the fast-track immigration lane, ensuring swift and seamless immigration clearance. Following immigration, the GRO accompanies the guest to the baggage reclaim hall to assist with luggage collection, before escorting them through Customs and Biosecurity clearance.
Once all arrival formalities are completed, the guest is escorted to the arrivals concourse for handover to ground handlers, chauffeurs, or onward escort to the Domestic Terminal for connecting flights, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival journey.
