Facilities for Your Comfort at Nadi International Airport
WHEELCHAIR SERVICE
Wheelchair assistance is provided by airlines through their appointed ground-handling agents.
Passengers who require wheelchair assistance should contact their airline before travelling. Where possible, assistance should be requested when making the flight booking or before departing from the original point of travel.
Providing advance notice gives the airline and ground-handling team time to make the necessary arrangements and helps create a smoother airport experience.
Passengers should provide their airline with clear information about the level of assistance required. This may include assistance:
From the terminal entrance to the check-in counter
Through security and immigration
To the departure lounge or boarding gate
When boarding or leaving the aircraft
Through the arrivals area
With baggage collection
Passengers who have already arranged assistance should make themselves known to the airline check-in team when they arrive at the airport.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE LANES
Dedicated Special Assistance lanes are available for passengers who require additional support while moving through the airport.
Passengers should look for lanes marked Special Assistance at:
- Pre-security screening points
- Security screening areas
- Immigration processing points
These lanes are designed to help passengers who may need additional time, mobility assistance or support during airport processing.
Airport staff are available to provide directions and assistance when required. Please approach a member of the airport team if you are unsure where to go.
DEDICATED ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Dedicated parking spaces are available for passengers with reduced mobility.
The spaces are clearly identified by blue accessibility markings and are positioned close to pedestrian crossings and terminal access points.
Drivers should ensure that accessible parking spaces remain available for passengers who genuinely require them.

Airport staff can provide directions and general support throughout the terminal. Assistance connected to a particular flight, including wheelchair arrangements and boarding support, should be organised directly with the passenger’s airline.
