VIP guests are met promptly at the departure curbside or Domestic Terminal, with arrival times pre-coordinated with drivers or client representatives to ensure a seamless transition into the terminal.
The Guest Relations Officer accompanies the guest to a dedicated check-in counter, followed by escort through the fast-track passport control lane for expedited processing. The guest is then guided through the fast-track security screening lane, ensuring minimal waiting time.
Following security clearance, the VIP is escorted through the fast-track departure immigration lane, enabling a smooth and efficient departure process. Once cleared, the guest is accompanied to the designated airport lounge to relax and enjoy available amenities prior to departure.
As boarding time approaches, the GRO personally escorts the guest from the lounge to the aerobridge, ensuring a seamless and dignified boarding experience.
