All external vacancies are advertised on the Fiji Airports website for two weeks, with detailed job descriptions and application links. Once the application period closes, submissions are reviewed against the minimum qualification requirements (MQR) specified in the job descriptions.

Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates are contacted and typically given three days’ notice before interviews. Successful candidates proceed through background checks, followed by medical and police clearances required for Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF) security clearance. This process usually takes three weeks.
