Reporting Lost Items

The Terminal Operations team manages our Lost & Found services in partnership with airlines, ground handlers, and Border Police.

  • Items found within the terminal (landside or airside) are logged, securely stored, and released upon proof of ownership.
  • Passengers can report lost items at the airport information desk or contact our team directly.

Air Terminal Services: For lost or mishandled baggage, contact Air Terminal Services.

Retrieval Process

Identification: Provide a detailed description of the lost item and any identification tags or marks.

Collection: Once the item is found, you will be contacted to arrange collection or delivery.

Additional Tips

Immediate Reporting: Report lost items as soon as possible to increase the chances of recovery.

Keep Records: Maintain a record of your belongings and any receipts or documentation that can help identify your items.
